Costa Coffee

One of the baristas was over-caring; he covered the cup for me even though I said I didn't need it. He said it was the company policy trying to protect the customer from being burned by cappuccino :p

Friendly hole in the wall coffee shop . Staff are friendly and the service is quick. Excellent cappuccinos here.

My experience differs from others it seems. Had one of most pleasing customer interfacing experiences in a long time. Put a smile on my face after 12hours away from home. Congrats.

Friendly and prompt service , better than other nearby locations.

The coffee making people get confused vey easily so don't have an elaborate order

I'm meaning the one far over by the high number platforms or the one out on Liverpool St. The one under the escalator always has too long a queue.

Really slow... Confusing queue/collection system which leads to chaos around the stansted express departure times.

Don't drink too many expresso or you'll be shitting liquid fury!

Check your order, you can very easily be overcharged

Rude staff , but who cares when you've come out of a cramped train straight and into a long queue. Just happy for the quick caffeine fix!
