The cinema crew are helpful. And not too crowded (except if there is a holywood blockbuster).

I tried the 4DX experience, not that great! Didn't wow me.

Not a bad theater. Not as crowded as other cinemas , queues are limited. Self-service kiosks/machines did not work the last time I visited though.
