A bit difficult to find but well worth it once you do. Tucked away in a quiter part of the village . Great service ever time. Try the shared appetizer dish, great way to try a few different things
We had a set menu that Chef Jeremy set at it was spectacular. The antipasto , the two pasta’s , the halibut and rack of lamb left our palates erupting with flavour. Then leave room for dessert .
Don't even look at the menu, just order the signature dish: the spaghetti Quattro is SO good! Even if you don't like black beans , there is just a few so easy to set aside.
The best service!!! I give them a score of 10 for that. Appetizer and Risotto are awesome.
Black beans on pasta ? What!? But it works! And the whole place is excellent.
Rigatoni is excellent. Mushroom risotto is very good. Get there early. Very busy place and get reservations .
La Crema pinot noir goes great with the Spaghetti Quattro .
No BS, not pretentious , just proper. The kitchen at Quattro this season will put them back on the map. Tradition meets passion at this whistler staple. Look out Araxi, the Italian Stallion is back
The signature spaghetti quattro is to die for.
Restaurant is quiet noisy - don't expect a quiet , romantic meal here. Food is standard Italian.
They fed my friend regular pasta when he repeatedly told them he had a serious gluten allergy. When he realized it and told them , all they said was sorry and they charged us for the pasta anyway!
Minestrone soup was over powered with tomato taste
Try the spaghetti quattro !
