Food service was slow and much of it came out cold. Nachos were okay. The manager was very understanding - she comped all our food and offered a $25 game card . Mediocre arcade , mostly ticket games.
Exemplary staff , ESPECIALLY Tech Unit's Micheal. Watch out for drunks at lunch time and don't even get near or look at "THE ESCAPE 3D" if you are mentally ill/have mental disorders or heart problems.
Go early or super late because peak hours are crazy!

Mediocre food and service. Games are pretty pricey too. Fun every once in a while, don't expect a $10 game card to last too long though!
