No cream or sugar outside; you have to trust them to customize your coffee :/
Don't eat anything other the donuts muffins or bagel . All oth er items are soggy and greasy. Coffee and cold drinks are good

I don't recommend the coconut flavor for iced coffee . It left a weird aftertaste. 3 of my friends tried it as well , and didn't like it.
