Really really busy
One of the smallest units in Cobham Services, yet one of the busiest. Kitchens don’t appear to be able to cope from the self service ordering kiosks at peak times, and the area becomes very crowded
Lots of self service terminals, but still very busy.
I'm avoiding this one as just saw one of the employees coming out the cubicles skipping the sink section completely

Cafe has a nice selection of hot snacks and sandwiches that are reasonably priced. However, fuel is 20p per litre more than a typical supermarket. I use these motorway stops only for coffee and snacks - Chris Riches
They are unorganized & unfriendly. I had to go back 3 times to collect everything (Water, Sauce, icecream) we’ve ordered. While waiting every second customer had a complaint about forgotten items.???????? - S G
