Their handling of the HP TouchPad liquidation was horrible. Never buying from the Lawrence Best Buy again. We had the product in our hands and then the manager took it away at checkout!

Toshiba has a terrible warranty, try Asus or Lenovo. Rated the highest in customer satisfaction for PCs
