Refurbished store is nice but toilet was unclean and staff are inattentive - my order and name on cup both wrong because staff too busy chatting up other customers

Amazing place and it’s a must if you visit London! You can spend hours & hours inside so plan well if you are time poor. Worth to hire the audio as it can be really crowded to get too close. - Maria
Best department store in London. Recommend the food hall as well. And if you go there half an hour before closing on sundays..a lot of the fresh deli foods (sushi/sandwiches/pies etc) are half price! - James K22
