Best creamy old school ice cream around Istanbul. One shouldn't leave the city without tasting these incredible meat, vegy and desserts traditional. A place where time stops.

Best Elbasan Tava in Istanbul. Very authentic with delicious traditional foods . Credit cards are not accepted.

Dondurması efsane. Zeytinyağlıları lezzetli ama ana yemekleri biraz ağır ve yağlı. // Legendary ice-cream. Olive oil dishes are tasty but the main dishes are too greasy, at least for me.

For real Turkish food , one of the best in İstanbul. Especially their yoghurt and desserts are my favorite. Be careful they only accept cash money, no credit cards.

Try uncommon rices : ozbek , tekke. Deserts and cold dishes are legendary. New Year's Day they prepare turkey for to go.

It is one of the well known restaurants on the Asian side. Food is always good. Deserts are better than expected.

Pretty strange soviet-style design of the dining room. Lots of tourists >50y.o. A bit pricey . Still, it's a nice place to try turkish traditional food .

Great meal! Sampled four different lamb entrees and all were delicious.

Update: ????Credit cards have been accepted for a while. You can ignore older tips about that.

Service is fast, food is soo traditional; oily and all meat is boiled, not my type of taste. Porsions are pretty big. ONLY CASH rule is ridiculous!! So, overrated, sorry.

The big strange thing is, they do not accept credit card, only cash . What kind of mind is in this century,unacceptable! Also they need to think taste of foods, they changed much.
