Make your appointment a time slot early...Apple might have great customer service and advice and help, but they SUCK at staying on time...

They had the phone I needed but when the phone was set up with my wireless carrier they didn't take the time to set it up how I wanted. I felt like herded cattle. Double check with current carrier.

Make sure you get yourself Checked-In at the front by one of the Specialist in blue when you come in for an appt. They are great for other q's too!

Ron is a great sales guy and very knowledgable in all things apple . Definitely go to him for help!

You can make a Genius Bar appt. to see a tech on the Apple Store app of your phone. Great when you're on the go.

They've always treated me great compared to other Apple stores. This one is very busy though...

I went here at 5:30 in the evening on a Thursday. It was REALLY crowded . However, I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes! Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

If you're seeing a genius, look for Michael with glasses. Friendly , knows his stuff, and gets it done. Very pleased
