I usually have received excellent service here but today I didn't I waited 20 minutes to get my latte . I went in before the morning rush everyone had their orders before me

Love the baristas here. They always get my drink right and I have a number of modifications to my drink.

They are mysteriously always out of soy

This place sucks. There's always something wrong when I get my drinks. Either wrong drink, wrong size, taste funky. Avoid this place if you can.
