Although there was great controversy over the founding of this place, it is a great place to learn some Mexican-American heritage that started in Los Angeles
You'd get a feeling that you're in a place you are not. I love going alone here. There are many families and stalls and food stores. Really fun.
"America Tropical" was painted on the Italian Hall at El Pueblo in 1932, but whitewashed shortly after. The mural recently finished up a long-term conservation. Read more
