Reception staff friendly and helpful. Internet free. Mini bar is empty but a simple phone call got it filled. Rooms clean and well maintained and everything works. In general, a nice welcoming Hotel .
Level of service is shocking. You have to ask for everything three times. Rooms big enough but no extras (mini bar cold but empty). Best to book the Intercontinental if you are chasing the points.
when you ask for ice from room service , don't forget to mention if you want a glass of ice only.otherwise, they'll give you a big bucket of ice as if you're going to throw a party in your room.harhar!
Nice views from Skye Bar . Key cards are deactivated by cellphones . Do not put them next to your phone
Every time I've been here, the Sky Bar has been closed for a private function - disappointing if you've booked a meeting/gathering
Dont get a room on one of the higher floors. You wont have water pressure in your shower
Watch the bar prices - extreme even at hotel prices

Nothing really. All smile no delivery . Begged for my Aircon to be fixed and return to a 28degree room again. Meaning second night no sleep.
