Tasty & genuine. I wanted to try everything but the portion is so huge that my stomach doesn't allow me. Ajumma (아줌마) is a term used to refer to a middle-aged woman or a married woman.

Cheen The Curious

According to staff , top 3 popular orders are: crispy pork belly & creamy scrambled eggs w rice , signature marinated beef Kalbi w rice , crab & seafood Jjampong (stew ) w noodles

Cheen The Curious

Jjajangmyeon ($11.90). A bowl here is served with diced pork & radish , as well as green peas ! Compared to Mukkjja @ Novena Regency, their noodles lack the savoury-sweet flavour

Cheen The Curious

Beef bulgogi w rice ($10.50). Can’t go wrong with this classic. Well-marinated, evenly cooked. Predictably tasty

Cheen The Curious

Kimchi pancake was delicious! Sufficient to share between 3-4 adults, if each already has a main bowl

Cheen The Curious

Sundubu (seafood stew , $16.90) is spicy & stimulating. Lots of flavours. U can hv it with white rice or multigrain rice

Cheen The Curious

The queue to dine in can get ridiculously long. This one is about 17 groups deep. Max waiting time is 45 mins, as that is also the time limit to eat in

Cheen The Curious

More protein for ur kalbi beef order? Add a fried egg ????????

Cheen The Curious

Kimchi pancake was addictive. Crispy & savoury

Cheen The Curious

10% service charge, on top of 7% GST. The only service we got was getting food, cutleries & water. We had ordered & paid electronically . The rest of the time, staff were chatting among themselves

Cheen The Curious

Bulgogi stew was surprisingly full of flavours

Cheen The Curious

Crispy pork with scrambled egg . Served at dinner time, disappointed that pork was not crispy nor warm. When u order, perhaps stress ur expectation

MAC

Jjajangmyeon is good for a quick meal . Don't expect many the pork and radish cubes. Side dishes are refillable. Not worth a long queue.

Jane

Order the beef galbi .

Cheen The Curious

Kalbi beef . Thick & sweet

Cheen The Curious

They hv vegetarian bibimbap ????

Cheen The Curious

They don’t take reservations ; show up and queue

Belinda Au Yong

Why would anyone queue for this? The pork belly was rubbery w/ skin tougher than frozen pizza . Zero service, stingy w/ the sides, limited dining time, chaotic. Laughing this meal off, never again.
