One of the original barre places in DC, so support your local business! Class style totally depends on teacher . Kelly (dancer background) less intense, less cardio , more toning.
Rachel and Charmaine are the best teachers at this studio. The others are good but I really look forward to class as a break in my day when these two are teaching.
You have to dial at the front of the building to be let in to the third floor studio.
