Great views . No spot in WNY better to people watch . Food is good, but slightly pricy . Go for the ice cream !
If you go to the burger joint on a busy day, walk around and enter through the back (the waterfront side). Lines form on both sides, but because the front entrance is more obvious, the line 's longer.
Re-opened with a new layout and a new menu. No real review yet because it JUST opened.

foods okay, watch out for thr gulls if you eat outside - they'll steal your food.
