The food here was so awesome. Try the Campechana and the mesquite catfish and shrimp . Delicious! Fried Green tomatoes , yum. Hush puppies with pecans in them. Bomb!!

The fried shrimp and grilled shrimp were very disappointing for the price. In Houston even if their specialty is not shrimp it should still be good. Key lime pie and twice baked potato are very good.

The Mesquite Grilled Flounder PoBoy is OUT of this world. The fish is truly flavorful & well seasoned, just delish, really, give it a try!

You may balk at anything bearing the name "Goode," but their restaurants are institutions for a reason. Campechana all the way. [Eater 38 Member]

Strongly recommend the campechanas shrimp cocktail , and the shrimp creole pies are ministry to the soul as well as the stomach.

Compechana extra deserves to be on Houston's must eat list!

Any of their fish dinners are awesome, especially the baby coho salmon and rainbow trout !

Good gumbo and campechana . Oysters are average. The place is dated and in serious need of a facelift.

Campechana is AMAZING!!! Halibut is in season, and I definitely recommend it w/ crab on top!

Catfish was mediocre and the Sonoma Wine (La Crema ) was turning. Told server of my allergy to shellfish . What turns up on my plate? Shrimp as a side. Very disappointed.
