Really the only place in town . Breakfast and mini meal sets are safe bets. Just stay away from any expensive steak meals. They are anything but real steaks .

If you are fortunate enough to see the manager (William) making drinks, order the cold milk tea . It's some of the best in town . Only him though.

The stone grill dishes would be one reason I'm eating here. Baked rice are good too. But food tastes better in Vancouver dt location. Lol

Lunch special pork chop n chicken breast chop 9.99. Sorry ate some before photo. So good.

Come for the mini-set menu (11am to 3pm(?) And after 9pm). Good for lunch . I felt service has been good during my lunch breaks.

Go and order medium size HK-style tea for 50 cents more. Totally worth it.

Simple Chinese fair with good portions & reasonable prices. Questionable service fir both dining in & taking out .

Hong Kong style cafe , not too many options nor friendly service but very few other similar options found in the area.

Everybody else getting served except us, maybe it's because we look Chinese but don't speak or understand it.

Good curry beef brisket and yang chow fried rice !

Food is fair for the price but good luck getting a seat or someone to make eye contact if you don't belong to a specific ethnic group

Late night mini meals start at 9pm

Chicken with pepper sauce and rice is the best

Seems like this location is busier than the one on cambie at Vancouver

Cold lemon tea is good!

Don't come here if you want to get served. The service sucks donkey balls here.
