Sorry to see complaints. This hotel was very nice. Clean , convenient location, and I had no problems with wifi . I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Shuttle will take you for free anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel . Nice room, pleasant staff . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

People are nice and there's a canteen w beer and soda and stuff but no room service or anything fancy . Free happy hr&light dinner tues-thurs... But they don't clean your room on weekends. Not bad!

A great place to stay during SXSW because of the free breakfast and dinners M-Th.

The worst housekeeping is in here. No housekeeping at the weekends and even at weekdays, they dont clean your room and just change your towels if they feel like to do it. Run away from this hotel !

Great hotel . Fast Internet , decent breakfast , clean rooms .

Don't plan on checking in at 230. Its false b/c Miguel will act apologetic and then talk Spanish behind your back. The computer runs everything there.

Free dinner tues-thurs with beer and wine ... Indeed.

if you are without a car, byo food and booze. also the internet is terrible. cuts off constantly.

If you have an event the hotel manager is amazing

Ok I take it back... I got locked in the pool area and they tried to charge our credit cards twice... Get it together.

Poor service (no cleaning if you stay less than 7 nights)

Terrible service. Takes forever for the shuttle to pick you up from the airport , and the staff is rude. Except the shuttle bus driver, Olivia! She's awesome.

The cable TV channel selection sucks ass.
