I want to come to a nearby hotel on your side gym . And registration in the gym for 6 months Is it possible to provide me with numbers hotels close to you??

Pool is good. Gym and locker room is too crowded and not cool. Mac gmall is much better and cheaper

still my fav gym but now needs urgent an clean-up. better avoid the toilets and use the ones in the mall . showers also need major renovation. shameful? yes but worth coming.

MAC stronger w/Arif on Tuesdays @1800. Ranks in my top 3 (globally) for most challenging workout ever.

Nezih, temiz, her daim bakimli bir spor salonu ariyorsaniz, dogru adres MAC.

Bir ara üyeliğimi devretmeyi düşünüyordum aslinda. Salona hasta değilim ancak yoga hocaları cidden çok iyi. Özellikle öğlenleri çok iyi bir seviye var. Yoga stüdyolarindan daha hesaplı ve konforlu .

Emrah hocanın disiplinden taviz vermeyen programları, yener hocanın hırsınızı doruğa çıkaran,canınızı çıkaran dersleri,oryantal ve zumba da dans etmenin ve eğlenmenin tadı ☺️

Oryantal eglenceli, pilates iyi, fitness ok... İyi masa tenisi oynayan var mı acaba?:) lisanslı lisanssız...

Üye oldugumdan beri surekli bi sey tadilatta dogru duzgun saunasina buhar odasina giremedim. İs cikis saatlerinde karinca yuvasini andiriyor. Yoga hocalari cok iyi ama devrediyorum uyeligimi.

Umut Hoca ile Fat Burn, Sezgin Hoca ile Bosu Bootcamp dersleri cok iyi, hard rock muzikler de ayri keyif!

Spor yaparken deli gibi eğlenilebileceğinin kanıtıdır MAC.. Grup dersleri harika.. Arif hoca ve Halil hoca favorimdir!
