I was here on July 4, stucked at the rooftop parking for 1 hour. For vehicles to get out of the mall with only one exit for landed and rooftop parking . This mall is great but the parking really sucks.

Too many peoples during weekends! Tak percaya takde aircond dekat surau dalam ecm ni... Now windows and air flow is very bad! They have to install aircond inside or else surau jadi busuk dan jd sauna !

This is a horribly designed mall as in user friendly . The escalators are the long one and ur forced to walk all around just to get to one.

Toilets are like "drainage" toilets . Why ? Because there's no water for washing in the toilets . It's a bloody shame because we are in a Muslim Country but what we have is western toilets in our mall .

Very dirty and flooded toilets . Need to keep clean and dry at all times. The parking entrance to the mall is very congested. Just like their toilets .
