Get there early if you want a good vantage point, and you'd better bring a friend if you want your spot to be there if you have to use the restroom .
Regardless of what band you’re there to see, the Paradise offers a proximity to the musicians that many clubs don’t. Get your tickets cheaper right at the box office . Read more
Great, intimate concert venue . There's a bar on each of the two levels. You can also go to the lounge if you need to kill some time.
Variety of musical acts and being able to be close to the stage or up in the balcony as your desire for a view compels you.
Formerly known as the Paradise Theater , this venue opened Sept. 22, 1977 and has hosted performances by U2 (their first in USA), Billy Joel, Tom Petty, Rage Against the Machine and many more. Rock On!
Don't stand behind the pillars and most shows the speaker stacks will also impede your viewing . Try to lock down a spot upstairs.
A church meets here on Sundays at 10:30am! Lunch provided every first Sunday of the month. Don't miss out!
Hang out in the bar next door after you get your wristband and hand stamped for the show. Better beer and some seats. Good for between sets, too.
By far one of my favorite venues around Boston. They just need to get rid of those poles so there's more visibility upstairs...
the renovations that were made over the summer are a definite improvement. the poles are less obstructive and there's more standing room. one of my favorite venues in boston !
Intimate and historic club. Bartenders were cool.
If you don't feel like being in the mosh of people in front of the stage (or if you're short like me) watch from the balcony ! great view :)
The main bar inside the venue by the stage has the best selection. The upstairs bars do not stock all the items. This would be especially true of Stella Artois!
Mayer Hawthorne and The Country were incredible ... as always. He is a "Must See" if you are in to R+B with a "younger" approach
Music , awesome shows, drinks and food

excellent venue. no plan, just walked up and bought a $15 ticket, some hippy funk on a Friday nite, roster mccabe, kinetix, & the brew. great talent. food was good 2
Make sure you go to the Paradise bar before the show. Great people, atmosphere, and their TVs stream the concert so you won’t miss a second. – Scott P.
Any music played here is good. Beers are cheap but there's not much room for dancing , if you're looking to do that.
When it's crowded , it feels like there's no where to stand while still being able to see anything.
Venue is amazing. Last time I was there was Junior Prom and it has changed in a great way. Great bands. Thumbs up!
On the floor, there is a pole . If you get stuck behind it, you won't be able to see the second half of the stage .
It holds a place in history as the first venue that U2 ever performed in the USA and has hosted some of rock's elite.
Awesome show every time. Love it when they blast the ac on the crowd.
Buy tickets well ahead of time for big-buzz bands. Some acts sell out far too swiftly, especially indie rock royalty.
great venue, it flexes per artist ,
One of my favorite places to see a show! Great atmosphere and great staff .
Best performance show by the Paradise Rock Club - Let's Rockin'!!!
Always check the upcoming performances ! Sometimes there are bands that get really famous
Was pretty impressed with this venue, good sound and set up inside. Balcony has a good view if you can work around the poles
One great club with great Music
great venue for concerts , close and cozy with the bands
great venue close to BU's campus, awesome shows all the time.
What can we say? Except you'll be sure of a cool night at Boston's legendary rock club !
A nice venue for midsize bands. Beer selection at the bar is a bit drab.
Pretty cool venue just awkward to mix up in the crowd nest
Love this place! Two bars !
Since you're so close to the Soka Gakkai, stop by and check out their schedule for Buddhist meetings.
Great beer !
When exiting the club either use the back door or in the main halfway stay to the left side. Right side is for merchandise and coat check .
Post show, Hang out in the coat check line . Girls hate carrying coats. And there's free bacon sandwiches
Indie rock band Yo La Tengo performs on Wednesday, Feb. 13, and English band Alt-J (∆) on March 2.

Awesome show
TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE YOU COME HERE. I find most of you to be smelly. Thanks!
U2 played their first show here. Not all that smelly for a venue. Upstairs there are seats. They have a no moshing/crowd surfing policy, as most clubs should, since it's no longer 1994.
Stripped down in its new form, the sound is better. Try the balcony .
My favorite mid-sized music venue in Boston .
Come see The Downtown Fiction here live on 11/21! Read more
Great acts.
Really nice venue! Little sound treatment, so bring your earplugs (just in case). Multiple bars, and some pool tables. $10 margarita, but it was a fairly large drink, so it was worth it! - Kristen Richard
A real, live, loud rock club/bar. Guaranteed maximum rock. O'Brien's is the place for the genuine article. Parking can be a nightmare, especially weekends, so plan accordingly. - OurStage
Cozy music venue, sound was excellent, modest draft beer selection, and they do have magner's on tap for you cider-lovers - Kimball
INCREDIBLE value for what you’re getting! nine bucks for three amazing chicken fingers, fries, sauce, butter bread, and a drink. can’t go wrong. - Noah DellaPietro
