Very loud if crowded - only one bartender and she was working her butt off the best she could - I was in the lobby bar summer 2016 and there was a martini list and now they don't serve martinis

Looks nice, but service isn't. I've had better at $20+ a plate. Even if you stay at the hotel , I'm sure you'll be better off venturing out of the building for dinner .
