Forest Meadows Trails

walk down to the lake , then heading back take the trail off To the right (heading back from the water) that has orange markers. there's great scenery but just don't get lost!

Very easy to get lost. Our short "1 mile walk" turned into a 4 mile hike and a walk through the sports complex to find our car. There's no trail indicator for meridian trail head

We've been there many times and love it. Made a wrong turn and a 2 mile hike turned into 8. Read the signs as trails are well marked.

My outdoor education class actually cut some of the trails through this area in the late 90's. It was nothing compared to what it is now, but always been a nice area.

These are decent running as well as biking and hiking trails . Good shade on a sunny day
