Baby corn coated in preserved black bean . One of the more memorable appetisers . Easy to eat, with unique aromas
Start and/or end your meal with an aperitif/digestif. Decent selection of port , armagnac , etc
Burnt carrot in miso vinaigrette . Intriguing as an idea, unimpressed as an execution. Insufficiently charred, nor did the miso stand out
