The #22 was amazing. Spice, flavor, and generous amounts of beef . I could have used some more lime and I'm sure they'd have brought some if I asked. Also, this place is gorgeous! Family friendly , too.
I am a regular here. Some of the best Pho around! Although #1 is truly my favorite, I have yet to have a bad plate.
All their other Vietnamese dishes are very authentic as well . If you don't want to make the trek out there, they have a more upscale restaurant called Silk in the Pearl .
You'll get a different mix of fresh herbs here than at most places in town . Super authentic and I love the atmosphere.
Remember to order their cat fish 30 minutes before your arrival time...or you'll just have to wait...and wait...and wait...
Pho is pretty tasty and well priced. The Bun was killer too.

Start out with Canh Ga Chien (caramelized chicken wings Vietnamese style ) and Café Sua Da! Then a large bowl of Pho Dac Biet ! ^_^

Number 51 is the best, but definitely add an appetizer of salad rolls . They are so delicious with the peanut sauce !
