Excellent fish head steamboat that is executed very well . Pomfret ???? good for 2 is $28. Available sides are braised taupok, salted vegetables , duck etc. Broth is simmered with the dried sole fish 鳊鱼.

Not only the fish tasted good, the stir-fried veggies , fried chicken wings and tofu-beancurd were awesome too!

The fish head steam boat here is nice and cheap . The reason is because it uses charcoal instead of gas. There is lots of fish and the portion is much more compare to other places. Long waiting time.
