Best running path in the area, in my opinion. Well paved, always populated, and you can run quite a few miles. Best part about it is lots of tree cover.
Nice path for running and biking . 6 miles out and back. Great place for family picnics , too. Saw lots of people playing frisbee , baseball , and just enjoying the day. Definitely recommend this place.
Great place to start a run, bike or walk. Paved trail and plowed in the winter time for use throughout the year.
Two dog parks - one for large dogs & other for small. Bring your own water dish though if you don't want to get crucified by a few petty owners. Fountain just outside gate for easy refills.
Easy 14-mile ride for bike-confident kids and adults with plenty og hills , dales, tunnels , parks and playgrounds along the way.
Multiple jungle gyms in different parts of the trail for kids to play on! There's also an ice cream truck parked by the lake during the summer
Busy on weekends. Many dog breeds intermingled without any problem when I was there. Large space with gravel for dogs to run around.
If you are taking advantage of the path, come early as it gets busy after the morning rush.
Take a walk, ride a bike , go fishing , visit the dog park , play on the playgound...a little fresh air and relaxation for everyone!

At the entrance, to the Ridgewood park , there is a bench placed in memory of my brother Mark, under a tree , by Camp Sunshine/Camp Snowflake. Check it out , sometime.
Great place to go running on the trail or just sit and watch the ducks at the pond .
Great 14mile park for runners training for long races and don't want to be on the streets! Has been a staple in my training plans for years.
Park and pond a little messy after Sandy (storm). However, its OK to walk around pond .
Small dog run is always empty... Ducks chill on the side near camp sunshine
