After midnight they are almost guaranteed to get your order wrong. Aside from that it's about as delicious as any other steak n shake
Fresco Melt is the best thing on the menu. Try it and you will love it. Pair it with a delicious milk shake for pure awesomeness.

Keep in mind this store is used as a training store, there may be days service may seem to be lacking but it is not the norm.
This location's drive-thru customer service SUCKS and are super unprofessional. It took them 5 minutes to get a simple order correctly.
