Really enjoyed our stay here. This was our second visit and the staff made us feel very welcome.

Be very careful as you can end up with an old room. They are re-furnishing at present so it can be touch and go as to whether you have a room worthy of the 5 stars.

It's a bit of a maze to get to the breakfast room. the hotel is a classic one, with pool and Gym . Rooms are nice and modernly equipped .

Lovely hotel . But not good food! Skip it and head out to one of the many great places near by!

Great location. Decaying but still good. Rooms tend to be fresh and clean . Fab cocktail bar .

Perfect location for all big London theaters and prestigious nightlife. It is also walking distance to the covent garden market .

Rooms til the 5th floor are renovated! If you have any troubles Daniel the head concierge will save your day! He will make your stay unforgettable!

I enjoyed sea bass and cheesecake at the restaurant in this hotel . Service did not start well but they recovered. Keep pushing.

LA Fitness really nice, clean and comfortable rooms but no free wi-fi

Great food here. Breakfast is very and the are currently offering a special 'early riser' deal where breakfast costs £10 instead of £22 per head if you eat between 7am and 9am. A steal!

The rooms on the E Floor are amazing. Staff in the lounge are out of this world

Came here for a pre-theatre meal - friendly staff , great food, however we were late for our play and the service was a bit on the slow side unfortunately. However that said, I would definitely go agai

My favorite hotel in London!

Great location. Access to LA Fitness and great for runners as quick jaunt to Thames

Came for the Pre-theatre lunch - 2 courses £17.50 and house wine with only £2 extra for dessert too. The room is lovely but unfortunately the service was poor. Forgot our mains and food was bland.

It has what's necessary to make it a 5 star London hotel but nothing more. Old building , connecting gym .

Small and not very likeable room in a kind of touristy hotel . The bar is nice.

Very nice superior room with private check in. Unfortunately the swimming pool is just horrible and a total disgrace for a five star hotel : old and dirty . Such a shame for the price !

The Executive Lounge closes at 11pm, but serves drinks only until 8.30pm.
