Der Osthafen ist ein 1913 in Betrieb gegangener, ehemaliger Industriehafen an der Spree. Heute haben auf seinem Areal versch. Medienunternehmen ihren Sitz. Prägnante Gebäude sind u.a. das Eierkühlhaus (heute Sitz von Universal) und der Osthafenspeicher.

One of my favourite spots in Berlin. You can breathe easy with so much open space and see so many layers of history (and yes, gentrification) from one viewpoint.
Lots of sun, even on a Sunday in autumn - from morning to afternoon.
