My experience here with manager made me LEAVE SUN TRUST FOREVER.

Manager here was worst I've ever dealt w in banking . Refused to serve me, forced employee to refuse to serve me, refused me business card, no name tag, printed info on my acct w/o my auth. (ID THEFT)
