Sure, the view from the sky terrace is a bit better, but really only a bit, save your $ for a good dinner . Also the lower floor is less crowded but has the same view , better spot for some selfies! :)

Beautiful views without hiking up to the peak itself. We took the HKD$10 bus #15 up and paid HKD$100 to access the terrace. Gets pretty crowded so be patient! - Loriah Pope
