Veggies first, build a base, then pasta , then meat to hold it all together in one bowl = two plates of stir fry . With the free four square dessert , you'll be sitting on the commode all weekend!

One of the grill cooks showed me a great sauce combo. 2 spoonfuls of Mongolian Ginger , 1 spoonful of Asian Black Bean , and then you add some Sriracha . Absolutely delicious if you enjoy spicy flavors .

I followed the tip to start with veggies first. It works! Fill the bowl with them then pile the meats high on top. Don't forget sauces and spices. Add a couple eggs too. Yum.

Our first experience was today and everyone enjoyed making their bowl. Mine was steak , chicken , shrimp , & crab w/ lots of veggies & a mix of sauces, spices & herbs. I made lettuce wraps .

A small amount of noodles couple veggies tons of meat to secure a layer of noodles again top off with a mountain off meat...two cups of teriaki= best meal of my life

I love the quality of the meats, fresh vegetables and delicious sauces! The salad bar is now included with the bowl.

Make a nice sturdy base and pile it high. Try Kung Po with a splash of Ginger , some Curry Powder and fresh Garlic !

Get the bowl and add a second for a few dollars more... great lunch the next day

Amazing concept and good food, wish they had one in the NJ NY area. I'd live there. Price not bad either. I pay more at a Fridays or Applebees for bad food

Changed to cold raw corn tortillas or discontinuing a staples, such as fajita sauce. All bad choices that will effect the business. Offensive service on last visit, waitress cursing at minor.

Salad bar is good. Make your own bowl also good.
