One of the better sushi restaurants in the neighborhood . Real authentic sushi with actual fish (and not the weird crabstick-stuffing sushi that seems to be all over the place in LA).

Sushi lunch special 5 pieces of super fresh sushi and a spicy tuna roll $10 and worth every penny. I think Sushi Dan just got bumped to #2 and Sushi Ran #1!!

Happy hour is incredible here. Also if you sit up at the bar , the sushi chefs take requests.

If you're ordering take out then expect at least an adt'l 30 minutes to whatever they tell you. Sushi is good but service is horrible dining in or take out !

For a great deal and dinner date share the 9 course omasake.

Portions are HUGE. Order less than you think you want.

Slow service. Took 10 minutes after being seated to put in my order and another 10 just to get a glass of water. Not impressed by the food either. Pass.
