Un je ne sais Quoi...de Mythique is a delectable Merveilleux pastry made of meringue , white chocolate ganache , and white chocolate whipped cream coated with shavings of white chocolate .
Cute small French cafe with fresh French pastries . I had Mille-feuille here and it was truly satisfying. The staff are so welcoming and kind. Loved the vibe and little cozy environment .
The merveilleux is a must, but take note of the inverted pricing model. The more you buy, the pricier they get per piece. The staff will often refuse to sell you more than they feel you need, though.
This place is very align with the French cousine. All the bakery and deserts are not too sweet and very well done. The Illy coffee is always good, but I wish they could have some homemade blend.
Been here multiple times, tried 7-8 items, loved them all. Go in early during weekends. Ask if they've more in the pantry if you don't see any on display, they sometimes do. Lemon tart is a favorite!!
This place is great! Probably the best pastries I've had in DC
Most of the pastries here are real nice ???????? our fav was the eclair . Staff were v friendly ☺️
The croissants and the chocolate brioche are fantastic. Love the French spoken here by wait staff !
Really love this place! Amazing coffee and patisserie . Very comfortable French design.
I had a great canelé , lemon meringue tart , Napoleon , and a lot of great macchiatos
Tried the napolean. The napolean is filled with a delicate pastry cream that is not too sweet. The base is buttery, flaky and tasty. Not bad but a bit too pricey for $7 a pop.
Chocolate croissants are light, chewy and an absolute delight!
French and francophone. Go early to find croissants .
Really cute French pastry place. Loved their Paris best pastry .
They make very good cream. So, I loved desserts with it. Desserts are on sale around 12pm. However, pastries were a little below average.
Order the merveilleux . Your life will be transformed so much for the better.
Croissants are excellent, as everything they do.
Yummy croissants , great coffee and charming service
The croissants are flaky, buttery little packets of heaven.
This place is from heaven!
Friendly service .
The croissant is to DIE for!!
Best French desserts in DC!
The croissants are crazy good
Expensive but good French pastries
The starters are all excellent — especially the summer squash and beets! - Eric Andersen
A very cool place to simply chill-lax. Best place to hang is in the bar area. The night I wS there it was jammed packed so we got a table and shared a peach cobbler dessert and coffee w/booze - Mikael Wagner
Amazing Summer produce, plus a fantastic pickle & kimchi stand, brewery, and hummus samples. - Diana Brody
