Well managed and clean hotel , but you do get a lot of noise from the street and parking is $21/day valet only. Still a very nice property and good choice downtown.

Hotel and staff was great. Fantastic location for the places we wanted to go visit. Only negative was room didn't have a refrigerator or in room safe. I'd stay there again.

Stay HERE. It's $100 cheaper than the Peabody (it's next door so you can watch the ducks ),adjacent to the ballpark, and a safe easy walk to Beale St. ENJOY

Great location - opp Peabody place and short walk to Beale st and the Grizzlies stadium . very friendly staff and good rooms.

The service is amazing the Valet and front desk clerk are very polite and helpful.

LATE NIGHT EATS: If you are looking for a food option after the hotel restaurant is shut down there is a great restaurant/bar just down the street called Kooky Canuck that is open until 2:30a.

Do not eat at TGI Friday's for breakfast....very subpar....take the time to walk around downtown and find a cafe for the $4 2-egg special....much better than this place....unless it's free

Great location to explore all that Memphis has to offer!

Use the desk as a drinking station. I have everything from vitamin water to vodka . The glass top desk is durable and helps w/accident prone people like myself.

DoubleTree's always have good service , but the staff here is exceptional! Very nice and accommodating.

10th floor rooms are quiet and have a nice view of sunset !

Take care of your stuff they don't have safety box and the house keeping personal steal things, managment do not take complains neither responsibility of the situation

Kind of dingy and dated for a Doubletree. Staff is great though!

Wasn’t impressed with this Hilton. Valet was $28 per night, no breakfast/coffee at the hotel .

Get a room on the 10th floor and enjoy the view

This place needs some attention on all levels ...

Consistent with most Hilton properties, the customer service here is just awful. Seems they forgot about the "service" portion.

Rooms are dirty . Closet has not been vacuumed in a long time and hair dryer I would not touch.
