Towel bar fixed. It is greate, stuff cares about the hotel 's reputation and monitors social channels, 4square the only place where I mentioned about defect

room on the 5th floor, window to NE direction opens view to road which is pretty noisy but not too much if you tired as we are. The room too small but clean . Towel bar is broken, bath is tiny

Good hotel not far from tram/metro stations. Some improvements (refurbish) in lobby and breakfast area needed. Room are clean . Acceptable prices. Service in lobby slow.

Friendly staff except in the restaurant . Unstable, slow internet connection .

Make sure to ask for a room that doesn’t face the street. Sound insulation is not good.

Camera più che buona, bagno spazioso e letti comodi... Uniche pecche: wifi free molto lento, altrimenti il wifi dedicato costa 8€ ogni 24 ore . Tram 1/19 o bus 57 fermate c.so Sempione - via Arona
