I went on a Sunday afternoon & it was packed. When you know what shoe you want to try, hold it in your hand. 1, it signals to them you're ready, and 2, they need it to find the shoe .

Great selection of shoes , but it's really hard to get help from a salesperson when the store's busy.

There are always plenty of salespeople around to help when needed, but they're never pushy or overbearing; just helpful! I love this place!
