The staff is kind and welcoming, i've been these days in the middle of xmas, was crowded , but we barely had to wait for assistance. LV products are not seasonal and last forever. My favorite brand!

By law you can show ID they can write down informations but never make scans or copy. Really dangerous

Wait line it's outrageously slow. Only do it if you know that you are going to buy something. Otherwise go to the one in El Corte Ingles. The staff is not friendly at all and look at you badly.

The wait for service is total bs, especially if you look Asian. Crawling with nouveau PRC plebs, grabbing at everything. Shop elsewhere for less mass-produced crap. Hermes & Loewe across street.

Wait time to be served is painfully slow! There is no order in the store + terrible service. I would suggest seeking assistance from a male associate; the women who work there have serious attitude.

Attention! They demand to scan your ID even if you pay by card, invoking a inexistent law. Do not accept you risk to find zero money in your account when you get home plus that's a huge privacy risk!
