Kung Fu Tea

A little expensive but it's really fresh and fully customizable. I like the oolong milk tea , mango green tea , and peach oolong tea .

The tapioca here are awesome! They have a hint of sweetness and aren't overcooked & super mushy and chewy. The other fruit jellys are also good.

If you're not normally a fan of tapioca in your drinks like me, give this place a chance! This is the only place where I actually get tapioca in my milk tea .

Honestly has the best tapioca , and the flavor of drinks is completely different from other tapioca locations.

I don't normally like milk tea anywhere else, but this place is the exception. Try the Kung Fu milk green tea !
