Forget what others say. The rooms are a good size, the Wi-Fi signal is very good and staff are very helpful and courteous. Khalid on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful when we arrived

It’s a good location -close to Termini and easy to asking distance to coliseum and forum (via Cavour) nice rooftop bar and breakfast area. Good coffee . Upgrade to junior suite split level with lift

Dinner was terrible , you must ask them if restaurant busy dont go !! You will wait araund 45 min. Breakfast amazing !! Staff always helpful, room are very clean and location very good .

helpful and courteous staff , nice and spacious clean rooms , rich, delicious breakfast at a breathtaking rooftop restaurant , most of all perfect espresso (or any coffee drink, part of the breakfast )

We ended up here after there was an issue with the reservation at our previous hotel . The staff was great and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good trip. Spacious , modern rooms !

I was lucky enough to have a suit. The bed was the biggest ever. The rooms weren't small. But Why give us a posh coffee machine , make a deal of it then supply polystyrene cups!?! Definitely not 5*

The reviews are all sooo right!!! Paying for a suite and the receptionist gave us ONE personal password for the wifi !!!! Need to take turns for using the net!!! Come on!!! Definitely not 5* service

They sell this hotel as a SOFITEL BRAND, but is NOT for sure! The worst thing is the bath is cold among a several other problems. Don't spend any time there!

The hotel 's weird, wifi very bad and not in every room, no iron at all because of safety - you may leave your clothes to be ironed next day so if you need it right now - you lose. Stay somewhere else.

The water fluctuates drastically in the showers . From one extreme to the next, but the front desk staff are willing to go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect.

Don't come to this hotel . Rooms are small, quality is low, staff is unhelpful and the food is substandard. In top, they claim they are a 5* so charge 5* rates! Will never come back here...

La terrasse et ses jacuzzis sont vraiment sympas.. L'hôtel est très agréable et plutôt bien place !

Hotel molto bello situato in via nazionale a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Facile reperine un Taxi per il trasporto.

На крыше 2 джакузи , работают до 23:00. Не во всех номерах ловит интернет.
