It's a dive. Be brave...the awesome authentic Mexican food is worth wandering into a sketchy El Paso neighborhood for. No 'ritas so get a michelada while you wait...this place is always busy!

They have a mini menu with mini tacos , burgers , and more that is so cute and for a great price! If you don't know what to order, get the Mexican dish that has a piece of everything.

The Chile Rellenos are amazing! The red sauce they add to the top is the freshest I've ever had. I wish I was staying in the area longer. I'd love to try more!

Thru my extensive travels and hundreds of Mexican food restaurants this is my favorite. Always crowded always good. Worth finding this out of the way diamond of outstanding Mexican food . Outstanding!

Everything is awesome here! The service is amazing & the food is fantastic! They even have a separate menu for vegetarians w/ rice , beans, & other staple items that are prepared w/o chicken stock !

Although it was quite crowded when I went, the food made up for it. I had the Chili Relleno & let me tell you, it was hands down the best ive ever had. I definatly recommend this place!

Enchiladas !! Green chile is the best, but get the combination enchiladas plate to get a nice variety.

Good service , Good food... The chipotle bbq chicken wings are really great, and for main course, a t-bone tampiqueña!

I ordered the bean burrito and vegetable soup with rice . The waitress seemed a bit put off with my vegan order but she was relatively pleasant after the fact. I would eat here again.

Being an out of town visitor, I walked to that place all the way from the US District Court. But it was worth it. Ordered Mexican combo with little bit of everything. Large portion at cheap price.

Parking is tough but the food is great. Don’t skip the Chili Con Queso to start. Prices are very reasonable for the large portion sizes.

The green enchiladas are GREAT! Actual green chili on top of them. I got the red ones they were good. The wait for the food wasnt long also

The mole sauce is made with nuts , so if you have an allergy you better not order anything with mole . :( I ordered the green chile enchiladas , which were very good. :)

Mole sauce was waaaay sweet. It still had good flavor but was too sweet for what I have come to know of a mole sauce . My hubby had a tbone that he loved!

What happened L & J? Food and service was not up to par. Had to ask for our tostadas and chile sauce and the food was disappointing. That was the mole enchiladas with chicken . Not your best.

Food like my Nena and Aunt Maxie use to make.So, it was Excellent!!!
