They run a free shuttle to the city centre, at 9.50, 11.15 and 12.15, ask reception to book . Otherwise, it's a 10 min walk to the metro station , 30 mins + €2 to the city . Ask reception for a map

Nice hotel , clean and comfortable . Has everything you need. Free wifi in lobby but you have to pay to have it in your room. Breakfast is delicious, lots of options. On the more expensive side.

Nice and modern hotel near the airport . Free shuttle to/from the airport and city centre. Great rates on weekends. Very attentive staff . Metro station 10 / 15 minutes to walk.

Staff at the reception was very helpful and kind, I think they are one of the most valuable employees of the company as they are the face of the Hotel chain and leave good impressions on the guests.

HH Diamond upgraded from ‘Guest’ room to corner ‘Relaxation’ room. Typical airport hotel - ideal for an overnight stay but a bit isolated, if staying longer. Shuttle to city centre stops at 1:00 pm.

Typical 4 stars, for better stay i recommend to book suite, they are far better than normal rooms. Restaurant isnt the best, but food is good. Typical business hotel one night stay

complimentary shuttle service runs from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM every 30 minutes. Last pick-up takes place from Terminal 4 at 12:45 AM, passing through Terminals 2 and 1, ending at 01:00 AM at the hotel .

There's a decent restaurant behind the hotel (El Museo), and a neighborhood bar (Picasso Bar , basically beer and tapas ) on the same street. Explore the area a bit...

There's a free shuttle to the airport (to all terminals), runs every 20-30 mins and takes about 15 minutes to get there. If you're at the airport , look for a black minibus with Hilton on the side

Try the jamon Serrano in the lobby bar and there's also a lounge on 4th floor w free booze and snacks . If you're Hilton Honors Gold or greater its included!

Staff , lounge , breakfast , beds - all first class . Terrific Hilton!

Try to save an hour to relax in the swimming pool , Sauna and Turkish bath ... best way to relax after a long day of walking in all the nice Museum of Madrid!

The presidential suite is a must: free coffee and tea on the room, free access to the executive floor with the cocktail after 17pm.

Try THE restaurant , they just changed the menu to a great one with some fantastic Spanish dishes, don't skip the Rioja by the glass!

Quarto ótimo,piscina, academia , bom cafe da manhã e atendimento.Eles possuem van que te leva do aeroporto ao hotel e vice-versa, assim como tem van que leva até o centro.Só não curti o lounge(fraco)

El restaurante La atención es muy buena y la comida excelente, el wifi si es gratis, solo hay q pedir la clave en la recepción

Impresionantes camas y baños . Todo muy espacioso y moderno . Ideal para una noche junto al aeropuerto . Lejos del centro de Madrid y difícil acceso en transporte público , salvo taxi. Dispone de Shuttle.
