Another great Rosa's... A personal favorite it to just get tortillas and queso . So bad for you, but so delicious.

If TeX Mexico had a fast food place then this is it. Don't let this fool you, its pretty good. But I wouldn't bring a date here..

After I order I always grab my silverware first, that way I don't forget. Great food, great prices. I am here every Tuesday at 11am.

History fact, First Rosa's Cafe started in San Angelo then started in West Texas spreading to East Texas. Sam Dunn and I are from West Texas had our taste in Odessa and Midland. Enjoy!

Great quick reasonably priced Tex-Mex. Don't go in expecting authentic Mexican, and you'll be very happy!

Hated this place the 1st time but I gave it a 2nd chance for Taco Tuesday . Much better today. $3.99 for 2 tortillas , rice & beans, plus 3 tacos ! Its no taqueria but you can't beat the price.

Employees are terrible, no one cares. If they ring up something wrong don't give them your card to pay for the additional cost, they will charge you twice.

I thought it was bland and probably won't go back. Taco Bueno is better. Prices were good, as were the sopapillas . Margaritas for $3 sopapillas were 4 for a buck and a half!
