I got the cannoli with the chocolate-covered shell (I definitely recommend!), which I haven't seen anywhere else. They also fill with the cannoli with the filling on the spot, so it's fresh.

Vaccaro's has no equal ! Don't miss the Monday night (6:00pm - 9:00pm) "All You Can Eat " dessert and coffee special for $15.50 a person. It's not unusual to see lines out the door and down the block!

Awesome deserts . Death by chocolate is unfinishable. Gelatos are very good. Outside seating in the summer.

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and it's always been about the cannoli & chocolate eclair I think it's time to switch it up.

This is *the* reason it's worth coming to Baltimore, no matter where you're traveling from. Be prepared for a long line . And whatever you do, don't forget the cannoli !

Huge portion size so SHARE with friends. Apple Strudel is sooo worth it and the Pistachio gelato is a must have.

Try the heavenly chocolate . It's chocolate Italian ice with espresso poured over it. It's all the flavor of a rich dessert drink , without the heaviness of dairy.

Grab some cannoli to go; I can't find many places that pack the shells separately. And get a sfogliatelle !

Cannoli Chips & Dip is simple enough to share. Whatever you get - SHARE and get coffee . The dessert portions are sweet and big.

Ask the server how large a portion your dessert is if there is a doubt...I ordered a hazelnut cake with gelato and it was enough for four adults!

Try the Big Boss, or a Mufalato which is made with their fresh homemade olive spread. They also do cakes and boxed pastries , so take a box on your way out.
