Look for salesperson Jeanne Black. Very friendly and helpful.
Customer pick up is inbetween the two yellow poles with the sign above that says "customer pick up". Make sure you go inside the door to the warehousr crew you are outside waiting for service.
If u work on commission you'll know that walking into a showroom with you phone stuck on you ear will not stop a sales person from greeting.
The sales people get on your last nerve. Tell them you have already been helped and you are going to customer service!
