Really nice facilities and lovely seating in each cinema . It's great to see these cinemas being upgraded with Gold Class too! For all people. I might organise a staff function there?!
I love the facilities and food at the gold class , but staff definitely needs heaps of training in customer service!

The cinemas at Werribee Plaza are old and out dated. Now that this is a Village maybe they might update the complex... I wouldn't hold my breath at all. Multiple bad experiences with this cinema

Staff are amateurs. Nobody ever seems to know what's going on.
This joint sucks ass! Horrid lazy staff bad management !!! I drive 30k out of my way to go to another cinema !
