Swan's Market

My favorite place to eat in Oakland, especially if I'm dining with friends! Swan's Market has great restaurants and everyone should be able to find something they like.

It’s like a hipster food court . Very chill . Good selection of food and bev. It’s in Old Oakland. Colorful neighborhood in transition or gentrification? You decide!

In Oakland for First Friday and hungry? Skip the overcrowded food stalls and restaurants right near the action. Swan’s Market a 15 minute walk - good options and space to sit and chill with friends.

Food court / incubator in Oakland. Get the oysters at The Cook and Her Farmer, the split-pea fritters at Miss Ollie's, the wild shrimp tacos at Cosecha, and the matcha affogato at B-Dama.

It's pretty cool here. It's really just a bunch of restaurants and a meat market that take up a building that spans a whole block. Like a ultra mini version of the SF ferry building .

Lots of great options. The taco place was fantastic.

Come by Thursday and Friday 6-9pm when the secret wine bar opens.

The pizza place is no longer there, so main vegetarian options are limited to overpriced kale salad or grilled cheese .
