Lamb and langoustine bisque were both great. Wine is ISK1600 and beer ISK1050. Nice butter. Set menu (5300 for two courses) is a better deal than a la carte (ISK 6600-6800 total).

The dishes here are high quality and a good accompaniment to the lagoon. If you book the premium package, you can get a reserved table and are welcome with a glass of sparkling wine .

Great food after having a swim . The langoustine soup was amazing and flavourful! The fish of the day was cooked well and had a good balance of flavours. For dessert , the Astarpungar was very good!

Get the cod and the lamb . Brio beer is light and delish. The restaurant architecture and view is breathtaking.

The lamb and beef were awesome. The views are pretty unique - make sure you book ahead to get a table.

Dine lunch in your bathrobe! The vegetarian two and three course meals are great. Super fresh salads and main courses.

Was expecting a trap and got a good meal, bordering on gourmet. Be sure to get this in the online package beforehand. Soup and lamb were delicious. Pleasantly surprised.

You can mix and match the different set menus. You have to wear shoes and real clothes or the robes . You need a reservation too

Food is good, but it’s not fancy ! They’ll hustle your food out, but the bar gets backed up, so order your cocktails first!

Langoustine soup is the best. Cod is on the heavy side with the sauce. Lamb was good.

The beef was fabulous and the bread perfect.

Seafood soup is a must. Tried the seafood two-course-meal and every bite was blissful!

Extremely expensive place. $15 for a toasted sandwich for a child. On the plus side, the cocktails look pretty and the bread basket really delivers .

Looking at this place you would not expect that it's as cheap as most other places in Iceland while the food quality and service are simply great.

Portions are very small. The "peach and chocolate cake " dessert would be better named "slice of peach with chocolate mini-muffin".

Lunch buffet wasnt that impressive. Food was a bit dried out or cold, sushi wasnt particularly good either. Go to the snack bar before the restaurant . They even have a better view .

The food is quite expensive , so I expected a bit more than cod which is so dry that it's almost difficult to chew.
